What type of data do we collect?

Lisca d.o.o. collects the following personal data for business needs:

Name and surname
Address
Email address
Phone number
Coded password
Other data the users enter into forms on the lisca.com website

Lisca is not responsible for the correctness of data entered by the user. We also collect IP addresses from which users access our website to ensure safety and traceability. Each user is assigned a session cookie at the beginning of each visit, which helps with identification and monitoring of the shopping cart. Lisca d.o.o. may also save other cookies on the user’s computer, such as the user’s ID in a coded format (to recognize the user on subsequent visits) and Google Analytics cookies (to analyze website visits). The session cookies are stored in the server’s memory for the duration of the visit and are deleted after one hour of inactivity. The manner and purpose of personal data processing

By using the Lisca.com website, the user agrees to the rules and general terms and conditions applicable at the time of use, which are published on the same website. All changes to the rules and general terms and conditions are regularly published on the website, including the manner and purpose of processing the collected personal data. Lisca d.o.o. as the data manager may use the data in anonymized, summarized form for statistical analyses. Lisca d.o.o. shall not transfer user data to unauthorized third parties.

Subscription to e-Newsletter

Users can subscribe to the e-Newsletter to be informed of novelties in online stores, marketing activities, and other promotions until the cancellation of the subscription. By subscribing, the user is entered onto the list of e-Newsletter recipients, which also serves as a database for loyalty discounts, monthly prize draws, etc. For e-Newsletter subscriptions, Lisca d.o.o. collects the following data: email, IP address, and if subscribed as a registered member, name, surname, address, phone number, and date of birth. A confirmation mail is sent to the provided email address for subscription verification (double opt-in confirmation). Users can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" button in the e-Newsletter or by requesting in writing. The request will be processed within 15 days as prescribed by law. Users can also request data transfer or consultation. Lisca d.o.o. commits to diligent protection of data in accordance with personal data protection legislation. E-Newsletters are sent via the Klaviyo application.

Participation in prize draws

Processing of data collected from users participating in prize draws is regulated by the rules on prize draws.

User registration

Users can sign up as registered users of the Lisca.com online store. The content is also available to anonymous, unregistered users (guests). Registered users must enter the required data during registration. Each registered user has a username and confidential password. The user must ensure that only authorized persons have access to their username and password. Only registered users and guests purchasing for personal use or non-profit activities can make purchases. Lisca d.o.o. uses the entered data until cancellation to process purchase orders, prepare relevant offers, and for marketing analyses to improve the sales process. Data may be used for remarketing purposes. Registration allows users to monitor past purchases and shortens the purchasing procedure. Lisca d.o.o. stores the data until registration cancellation in accordance with Slovene legislation. Users can cancel their registration at any time by emailing privacy@lisca.si or clicking the "Delete account" button. The cancellation email must include the subject line "User account cancellation" and contain the user’s name, surname, address, and email address used for registration. The email must be sent from the email address used for the account creation.

Purchase order as a guest

If users purchase articles as guests, Lisca d.o.o. will use the entered data to process the purchase order. In accordance with Article 86 of the Value Added Tax Act, Lisca d.o.o. is obliged to ensure the storage of invoices related to the supply of goods or services on Slovene territory for at least ten years after the end of the year on the invoice, meaning the data on the invoice is stored for this period.

Contact forms and sending of emails

By sending specific questions to Lisca d.o.o. via contact forms or email addresses published on the website, users entrust the manager with the entered data. The data will be used to answer the user’s question. The email addresses published on the website are professional addresses, not bound to one physical person, meaning data sent can be processed by different persons to answer the user’s question quickly and efficiently. By sending an email via the website or to the addresses published on the website, the user agrees to the general terms and conditions of the Lisca.com website.

User’s rights

Users can request at any time to consult the personal data the data manager processes and can demand its limitation, deletion, correction, or transfer. Any questions related to personal data protection on the Lisca.com website can be sent to privacy@lisca.si.

How do we ensure data safety?

Data sent via contact forms on Lisca.com pages or in other ways (via email, phone, etc.) is confidential and processed in accordance with applicable Slovene legislation. Lisca d.o.o. will protect personal data and prevent data misuse. Personal data will be used only for the purposes agreed to by the user. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized persons (employees, contracting partners) with the correct username and password. Users are also responsible for protecting their personal data by securing their username and password. For any user personal data transfer, Lisca d.o.o. uses SSL technology to encode all information sent with purchases. Information on the credit card used to pay for orders is transferred in a coded format directly from the user’s computer to the bank’s authorization server.

Transfer of data to authorized partners

All data entrusted to the manager by the user is confidential. Lisca d.o.o. shall not transfer it to unauthorized third parties. Lisca d.o.o. may transfer personal data to trustworthy partners or to fulfill legal obligations in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Act. The data may be transferred to:

Subsidiaries for processing purchase orders related to individual subsidiaries
Data processing and IT companies ensuring undisturbed operation of the website and improvements (server hosting, email marketing, etc.)
Marketing agencies for remarketing purposes (in encrypted format)
Companies ensuring smooth purchasing procedures (PayPal, courier services, etc.) – only to the extent needed for successful order implementation
Competent institutions if provided by law (courts, etc.)

All partners with access to personal data are obliged to handle it with due care and in accordance with European legislation.

By using the Lisca.com website, the user agrees with the general terms and conditions published on the website. All changes to the general terms and conditions are regularly published on the website, including the manner and purpose of processing the collected personal data.

By clicking on the icon of a social network (Facebook, Instagram) on the Lisca.com website, users can access Lisca d.o.o. profiles on social networks and related posts. Clicking on these buttons allows the social network to provide users with relevant information based on their online activity.
