On the website www.lisca.si it is possible to purchase products presented in the online store www.lisca.si. Users from Slovenia can buy products in the online store www.lisca.si.
The order in the online store www.lisca.si is submitted when the user receives an automatic electronic notification. This electronic notification did not confirm that the product was in stock or that shipping had begun. The order will be confirmed no later than 2 working days after placing the order with a new order confirmation e-notification. In the event that the ordered product is not in stock or the order cannot be executed for other reasons, the user will be notified by e-mail. Lisca d.o.o. will treat confirmed orders on www.lisca.si as irrevocable.
In the event of an error, the buyer can cancel the order without additional costs until receiving an electronic notification that the order has been confirmed. In case he wants to cancel the contract later or to return the product or file a complaint, follow the simple returns procedure that you can find HERE.
Lisca d.o.o. may refuse the order if it suspects that the Lisca.com website has been misused. By placing the order, the buyer confirms that he was familiar with the general terms and conditions and that he was explicitly warned about them.
The purchase contract is stored in Lisca d.o.o., and the buyer can access it at any time through his account in the online store.
Redemption of bonus codes in the online store
You can redeem the bonus code that you downloaded through the online shop only in the www.lisca.com online shop.
Only one bonus code can be redeemed for each order in the online shop.
Bonus codes are manually or automatically created strings of letters or numbers that can be redeemed in the online shop by entering MY E-COUPON CODE in the text box. The code can be entered at the Checkout or at the end of the purchase process before confirming the order.
Prices
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT.
Prices and promotional discounts become final when the order is placed. All prices and other terms and conditions hereby become precisely defined and apply both to the customer and to the company Lisca d.o.o.
It is not possible to change the order later.
The prices are valid until the publication of the new price list in the online store www.lisca.si.
